Final exam

There will be a comprehensive final exam on December 12 Wednesday, with questions similar to those that appear on the homework, but not actually taken from the homework. To speed up grading at the end of the term, the exam will be multiple choice and filling in blanks.

For the exam, you may use one sheet of notes that you wrote yourself. However, you may not use your book or anything else not written by you. You certainly should not talk to other people! Calculators are allowed, although you shouldn't really need them, but not communication devices (like cell phones).

There will be a mock exam some time during the second half of the term, at least one week before the actual exam, so the design of the final exam won't take you by surprise. There is a mock exam, so the design of the final exam won't take you by surprise:

If you will miss the exam, then tell me as soon as you know!
